lc aa1bdef697 配置：切换到 Developer ID 正式签名 ...

- NativeTarget Debug/Release 由 Automatic 改为 Manual + CODE_SIGN_IDENTITY="Developer ID Application"
- 启用 ENABLE_HARDENED_RUNTIME=YES（满足公证/notarization 要求）
- 验证：codesign 显示 Developer ID Application: Liu Cheng (WV853442TS)，Team WV853442TS，
  runtime 标志已置位，codesign --verify 通过
