fix(index): 修复预设时长方块点击时布局跳变

preset-item 默认无 border,selected 加 2rpx border 致外宽变化,flex-wrap 重新换行(3行/2行/2列跳变)。加 box-sizing:border-box + 默认透明 border 占位,selected 只变色不改变外宽,布局稳定。 Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
